Q.What is the "Quality Calibration Period" for new accounts?
To ensure every new user receives the highest quality, pedagogically sound lessons, we implement a 7-day Calibration Period. During this time, you can generate one full, high-speed lesson every 24 hours. This allows our system to optimize its output for your specific teaching style and needs.
Q.Can I skip the Calibration Period for immediate full access?
Yes! If you need to generate multiple lessons immediately, you can choose to "Unlock Full Speed" in your dashboard. By doing so, you'll get instant, unlimited access based on your plan. Note that unlocking full speed immediately confirms your satisfaction with the tool and waives the standard 7-day "Right of Regret" as per Art. 49 of the CDC.
Q.Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have not waived your "Right of Regret" to unlock immediate generation speed. To request a refund, email support@createyourlessons.com.
